Karate:
Increased self-esteem, self-confidence and

Swimming:
It is an excellent form of low-impact cardiovascular exercise for the whole body. Dancing is a great form of aerobic exercise. Learning body movement and gestures helps children develop ideas better and improves their ability to retain information.

Cooking:
We know that healthy eating is vitally important for children. The early years of a child’s life matter when it comes to lifelong health. We provide children with daily good quality healthy meals. Cooking together fosters cooperation and communication.

Art, crafts, and music:
Our classes provide activities where children can paint, count pieces and colors and experiment with materials. Most importantly, it allows children to feel good while they are creating, thus, in turn, boosting self-confidence. Children who feel able to experiment and make mistakes feel free to invent new ways of thinking, this extends well beyond the classroom.

School Trips, School Trips:
